Vendor agrees to pay $_______ per event date, due no later than ______ days before the event. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Market cancels the event in full. If Vendor cancels within 7 days of the event, no refund is given. If Vendor is a no-show, no refund is given.
Vendor will provide a Certificate of Insurance with general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming [Your Market Name] as additional insured, at least 14 days before the event. Vendor is solely responsible for product liability for items they sell.
Vendor is responsible for all required permits (food handling, sales tax, sampling, etc.) and will comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their business.
Vendor will arrive within the published setup window and remain for the full duration of the event. Early tear-down without the Market's permission may result in forfeit of future booth assignments. Vendor will leave the booth area clean and remove all trash and waste.
Vendor will only sell items described in their application. Adding products or product categories requires written approval from the Market.
Vendor agrees to maintain professional, courteous conduct toward customers, other vendors, and Market staff. Soliciting other vendors' customers, multi-level marketing, political signage, and unauthorized food sampling are not permitted.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Market, its officers, employees, and the venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Vendor's products, conduct, or use of the booth space.
The Market may remove Vendor from any event for material breach of this Agreement, including failure to provide insurance, no-show without notice, prohibited products, or repeated conduct violations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].
