Sunny’s Market – Vendor Terms & Conditions By submitting an application and/or purchasing a vendor spot for Sunny’s Market, you (“Vendor”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Vendor Approval All vendor applications are subject to approval by Sunny’s Market. We reserve the right to decline any application to maintain a balanced vendor mix and overall market quality. 2. Payments & Fees All vendor fees must be paid in full to secure a spot. Spaces are not held without payment. All vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows If a vendor cancels, does not attend, arrives late, or leaves early for any reason, all fees are forfeited and are non-refundable. Vendor spots are non-transferable without written approval from Sunny’s Market. 4. Setup, Breakdown & Hours Vendors must arrive and complete setup within the assigned load-in window provided before the event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval. Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event. 5. Booth Space & Display Vendors must stay within their purchased booth size and not encroach on neighboring spaces or walkways. All displays must be safe, stable, and appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Sunny’s Market reserves the right to request the removal of any display or product deemed unsafe, inappropriate, offensive, or misrepresented. 6. Products & Conduct Vendors may only sell the products listed in their application unless otherwise approved. Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax. Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times. 7. Insurance & Liability Vendors participate at their own risk. Sunny’s Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors agree to hold harmless Sunny’s Market, its organizers, staff, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the event. 8. Event Cancellation, Changes & Force Majeure Sunny’s Market reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify the event at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, venue issues, low attendance, government orders, or circumstances beyond our control. All vendor fees remain non-refundable even if the event is canceled, postponed, shortened, or rescheduled. Sunny’s Market is not liable for any costs incurred by vendors including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, inventory, staffing, or lost profits. 9. Removal & Termination of Participation Sunny’s Market reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event at any time, with or without cause, for violation of these Terms & Conditions or failure to follow staff instructions. No refunds will be issued if a vendor is removed from the event. 10. Marketing & Media Sunny’s Market may use photos and videos taken at the event that include vendor booths, staff, or products for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. 11. Compliance With Rules Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or on-site instructions from Sunny’s Market staff may result in removal from the event without refund. Tentpole platform terms: Tentpole is a booking platform that connects vendors with event organizers. Tentpole is not the event organizer and is not responsible for the event, your booth, the products or services you sell, payments or fees between you and the organizer, or any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from the event. Your agreement for this spot is with the event organizer, not Tentpole. Booth fees are set by the organizer and may be non-refundable.

Nothing is charged today. Your card is verified and kept on file — you're only charged the booth fee (+5% platform fee) if the organizer accepts your application. You'll be notified either way.
You'll hear back by email once the organizer reviews it. Creating a free tentpole account afterwards lets you track it, message the organizer, and add your card (you're only ever charged a booth fee if you're accepted).
