Vendor Space Includes One (1) 6-foot vendor table Two (2) chairs Two (2) vendor lanyards for admission Access to the event during vendor setup and event hours Event Information Location: UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Vendors must complete setup before the event opens. Payment Vendor table fees must be paid in full to reserve your space. Table reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received. Refund Policy Vendor table purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact RIP FEST as early as possible. While refunds are not offered, transfers to another approved vendor or another event may be considered at the organizer's discretion. Vendor Conduct Vendors agree to: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth. Treat attendees, fellow vendors, and staff with respect. Keep all merchandise within the boundaries of their assigned space. Follow all venue rules and local laws. Merchandise Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell all merchandise displayed at their booth. Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are not permitted and may result in immediate removal without refund. Setup & Breakdown Vendors may not begin packing up before the event officially ends at 5:00 PM unless approved by event management. Early breakdown may affect eligibility for future events. Liability RIP FEST, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue are not responsible for: Lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. Personal injury. Damage to vendor property. Any losses resulting from weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the event's control. Vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise and obtaining any insurance they deem necessary. Cancellation or Force Majeure If the event must be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (including severe weather, government restrictions, venue issues, or other unforeseen events), RIP FEST reserves the right to reschedule the event or apply vendor fees toward a future event. Photography & Marketing By participating, vendors grant RIP FEST permission to photograph and record their booth, products, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation. Agreement By purchasing a vendor table, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Tentpole platform terms: Tentpole is a booking platform that connects vendors with event organizers. Tentpole is not the event organizer and is not responsible for the event, your booth, the products or services you sell, payments or fees between you and the organizer, or any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from the event. Your agreement for this spot is with the event organizer, not Tentpole. Booth fees are set by the organizer and may be non-refundable.
