Yes! Tentpole is completely free for vendors to create a booth profile, apply to events, and connect with organizers. You only pay the booth fees the organizer sets, processed through Square.

How do I find events near me?

After you build your booth profile, the Discover page shows markets in your city, state, and radius. Filter by date, category, or organizer.

What goes in my booth profile?

Photos of your products, category, business name, Instagram, website, booth size, insurance documents, and a short bio. You build it once and it travels to every application.

How do payments work?

When an organizer approves your application, Tentpole charges your saved card automatically. No invoices, no chasing. If your card fails, you get 48 hours to update it before the spot is released.

Can I withdraw an application?

Yes. Open the application in your dashboard and withdraw before the organizer responds. After approval, contact the organizer directly to discuss.
