Vendors are always free
Vendors never pay to use Tentpole. They build a booth profile once and apply to any event with one tap. They only pay the booth fees you set, processed securely through Square.
What about platform fees?
Tentpole charges a small platform fee on vendor booth payments routed through Square — the standard model that funds the platform without charging organizers per-vendor. Your subscription itself does not include any per-event or per-vendor add-on. See the terms for the exact platform fee.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged for 7 days — cancel by day 7 and you pay $0.
Are there per-vendor or per-event fees?
No. The monthly subscription covers unlimited events, unlimited vendor applications, and unlimited messages. Tentpole charges a small platform fee on vendor booth payments processed through Square.
Do vendors pay to use Tentpole?
Vendors never pay to use Tentpole. The vendor side is free forever. Vendors only pay the booth fees you set as the organizer.
What is the founding organizer lifetime price lock?
Organizers who sign up while Tentpole is in the founding phase get a permanent price lock — your subscription price will never increase, even as we add features and raise prices for new customers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel anytime from your Settings page — no email, no phone calls. Your data export is available before and after cancellation.
Can I switch between Core and Pro later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing page anytime. We prorate the change to the current billing cycle.
