Is Tentpole free for vendors?
Creating a vendor account is free, with no vendor subscription. Organizers set their event’s booth fees and may set an application fee. Review the fees and payment terms before submitting.
Do I need to enter everything again?
Your saved vendor profile helps fill in your details. You’ll still review each application and answer any event-specific questions.
Can I add my social media?
Yes. Add your business’s social links to your vendor profile so organizers can learn more about what you make, sell or do.
Does applying guarantee a spot?
The event organizer reviews applications and decides who is approved. Check your dashboard and messages for updates.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed through Square. Review the event’s fees and terms when applying; depending on the event, an application fee may be due when you apply and your saved card may be charged when you’re approved.
