Read every application by hand and you'll lose Saturday. Tentpole's AI scores every incoming vendor application against your category requirements, your past-event vendor fit, and your stated criteria — so the obvious "yes" apps rise, the obvious "no" apps sort out, and you decide the middle.

What the AI actually looks at

• Vendor category vs. your event mix (already saturated? complementary?)
• Insurance + permit completeness
• Past-event sales (if vendor's history is known)
• Product description quality + pricing fit
• Red flags: MLM, banned categories, incomplete information
• Geographic relevance (local vs. distant)

How it presents the answer

Each application gets a score (A through D), a short plain-English summary, and a side-by-side comparison to vendors you've already approved in that category. You can override anything — AI doesn't approve, you do.
